This page describes our personal data policy and how we process personal data.
We never collect personal information without you giving us this information yourself. The information collected that you provide to us by, for example, sending us an email, downloading an e-book, or signing up for a data 4.0 event, will not be sold or passed on to third parties. The personal information you have provided allows us to contact you with a direct answer to your inquiry, and send you relevant information based on your request.
Data Protection Regulation
To ensure that your information is stored securely, it is stored in a secure system, with limited access. We have also set up measures to ensure compliance with article 33 in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), to report possible security breaches in good time to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
The Right to Get Insight
According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can at any time ask to see the information we have stored about you. Once you have claimed insight, you will receive a response as soon as possible. We strive to give you this insight within a week. If you do not receive a confirmation email from us stating that we have received your email, please call us.
The Right to be Deleted / Forgotten
According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can request to have your information deleted at any time by, for example, unsubscribing from our newsletter, and we will delete all the information we have about you.
