With a data and AI assessment you will be presented with a summary of the key findings along with optimization opportunities. 


To embark on your data and AI journey, we recommend participating in an AI Camp.  We will help your team build sufficient knowledge about data, machine learning (ML), and artificial intelligence (AI) so that you are able, on an informed basis, to launch a successful pilot project that is targeted towards optimization and development work.

A data and AI assessment consists of 3 phases. 

  1. Infrastructure Assessment We investigate the infrastructure of your data and how your current solution is built.

  2. Review and Reporting We will explore and develop a report on our findings and possible future goals.

  3. Findings and Roadmap We will present our findings and propose potential future missions aligned with your business goals.

Phase 1

The Investigation

The first step in the data and AI assessment involves a deep dive into the infrastructure of your current platform or solution. This includes an examination of how the architecture is designed. At Neurospace, our datanauts will be dedicated throughout the entire assessment to ensure you achieve your full potential. 


Our datanauts will collectively cover the following competencies and roles:

Phase 2

Exploration

In the second phase of the data and AI assessment, we explore the available source code and process mapping. By conducting an analytic approach, we will conduct an analysis that focuses on the key findings, challenges and optimization points.


The anticipated timeframe for the report is 30 days.

Phase 3

Discoveries & Future Missions

The results will be presented as a report including diagrams and presentations. We will in this phase deliver results on 2 abstraction levels.
